Hi everyone!!! My goal is to lose about 35#!! I can't seem to lose it!! It took me 2 years to quit smoking but much longer to gain all this weight and trying to lose it. Any suggestions and encouragement needed!! Thanks'

Hi Marti, I'm 49, getting closer to menopause, feeling it..Xsmoker, quit 16 years ago.
and I'm looking to loose 35, could loose 40, but one step or pound at a time, lol. I have been trying for a while now..tough with metabolism next none.1 -
I am in the same boat!! It seems I miss one day of exercise I gain a pound. Very frustrating! One day at a time right?1
