On Keto for just over a week and finally beaten that keto flu. Feeling good, but still finding me doing lots and lots of reading. Seems very time consuming at the beginning, until you get a feeling for portions and can just eyeball your meals.
This app is a lifesaver, as I can see exactly what I consumed and what I can still have. Very easy to overeat.
So far I lost around 1.5kg in the first week, which is mostlikely water. But as the meals are so filling and I`m not even feeling like snacking at all (which was a huge problem for me), it doesn`t even feel like a diet. I can see myself doing that for a long long time and will incorporate some healthy swops for the family (without them realising).
