I want to change my life.

Hey guys! My name is samantha! Im 26 years old and im looking to loose 48 lbs
At 1.5 lbs a week ♡ i would love to hear success stories and possibly some awesome meal ideas! Also looking for a determined motivation buddy to hold accountability with.

    You can add me as a friend. I lost about 112 lbs so far. I suggest you cut your weight loss to .5 lbs a week. it may be too much pressure to be doing 1.5 a week.

    Congrats on wanting to change for your health! I agree 1.5 pounds may be a bit too much. 0.5-1 pound per week is easily attainable and won't set up for failure and binges. Feel free to friend me for support! I log daily and have a open diary.

    Hello! I have the same goal. I'm planning to propose to my girflfriend of 7 years. I'm sure she wouldn't care but I'd like to look my best when I propose to her. I'm at 200lbs and would like to reach 150..
