Not yo Granny's apple pie

Ok so for all my friends, here's is the moment you've been waitin for! :)

1 and 1/2 gallons of any brand apple juice
1 gallon of apple cider
2 and 1/2 cups of sugar
6 cinnamon sticks

pour all of contents above into a 15 quart stewing pot, or whatever you have to hold the ingredients; bring to a boil and let cool to room temperature

strain multiple times with cheese cloth. ( i only did it once...) This gets all of the residue out from the cinnamon sticks also the pulp from the cider.

add 1/5 of everclear 190 proof corn whiskey

stir untill well blended bottle, then entertain!!!

taste better served chilled

    Not too shabby... but everclear punch has led to too many vomit stains on my carpet. I would go with Vodka or 80 proof Apple Jack.

    I don't know where the heck to even get the everclear...I think I have seen it but it isn't that potent. :)

    ahh, everclear ...the year was 1998 and i was at woodstock and then i ran out of money. someone said theyd give me some everclear if they could take a picture of my boobs.

    i did and so i got me some drink and then that's about all i remember cause i lost my camera and probably my soul somewhere in New York that year ...

    I jsut asked at the liquor store when i walked in. it comes in 150 and 190. it can sneak up on ya...

    It sure will... it took me a couple of blackouts and mornings spent cleaning puke to decide NEVER to put everclear in punch at my place again!
