Need some serious help

Went on holiday few weeks ago and come back and gained nearly a stone in just 3 weeks.. really finding it hard to lose weight. Havnt got any support at all..

Cut back on your food intake.
Log all your food here and learn from your food diary.
With that said...That seems like a lot to have gained a stone in three weeks unless there is some underlying medical issue. Have you seen your doctor recently?0 -
Calculate your TDEE. Be extremely honest with your activity level. Unless you go out for jogs every morning, I'd say put sedentary. Set the weight loss amount per week to roughly want you think is SUSTAINABLE, not what you think you want. 2lb/week make you wanna cheat and binge and snack? Lower is to 1lb/week so you can eat a lil more. Yadda yadda. Measure everything with a food scale to input, don't just write 'dash' 'cup', etc. Use grams to be more accurate. Be honest with EVERYTHING. Every splash of oil that goes in when cooking. All of it.1

If your a competitive person you could follow a YouTuber's weekly weigh ins and try to become their rival by seeing who can lose the most weight each week. You could follow someone that already is in week 16 just look back at their week 1 and start your week 1. I am just starting this today so hopefully I will stick with it.1
