Weight loss help

Just got a new profile, at my current weight I am around 170, my goal is to be 130. Any recipe or workout ideas ? My main goal is to go 4-5 days a week and either burn 350 calories or do 3 miles..any advice will be helpful . My goal is to be at 130 by March 2017, latest ..

    Do what you enjoy. There's no point me saying do such & such exercise if you don't like it. I love walking and can walk for over an hour up and down hills, but it's not for everyone. Exercise doesn't have to just be done at the gym too, so if you can't get to a gym try looking on YouTube for work out videos, Fitness Blender has some good routines.
    As for recipes again decided what foods you want to eat and google recipes for those foods.

    Recipes and workout ideas.. Its really hard to just give out random recipes like this and as far as workouts that burn a specific range of calories is hard to advise as well..

    Exercise should be fun and something you will do. Do you have exercise equipment, go to a gym? Set some specific fitness goals, and not just to lose weight, I presume that you want to exercise to maintain weight ?

    Next just eat the foods you enjoy already. Meet the calorie requirement given to you by MFP to lose X pounds a week, stick to that goal every day (no going over and especially going under) and you are all set.

    Simple advice. Don't quit. Eat what you like and PLAY with food. Try new healthy things. Play around with how much you eat and how often and when. Find menues and schedules that work for YOU. Don't pay too much attention to what othrrs tell you you should be doing. Listen to your body and yhe scalen Eat enough protein and fats. Eat sensible carbs you like. Stay at a sensible calorie deficit. No fads. No pain. No starvation, just slow longterm changes. And thats it.

    Eat what you like as long as it is under your calories goal.
    Walk a lot if you like it.
    Do some exercise you like.
    Enjoy everything as long as you burn calories.
    Do start any crazy diet if you don't like the food and don't trust any miracle pills.
