hello guys, this is my first time to actually use a tracker to help me lose weight. Before i would just exercise and restrict food without any idea what i am eating daily. I hope this will work better than before because it will help me have a better understanding of how much i actually need to function each day. Of course I am looking forward to losing this weight before i get in trouble. and this will keep me honest!!!!!!!!
