Didn't you say in another thread that you'd been eating around 800 calories? Under-eating like that often results in binging.
What are your stats - height, current weight, goal weight, age? (In pounds and feet and inches, please )4 -

Yeah I'm fine every other day but because I was on a night last night I ant stopped eating just to keep me awake cos back at work at 7 in morning.
I'm 5ft 4 inches, 10stone 5lb. Goal weight is 9 st xx0 -
I've been seeing a lot of this - and frankly I've been eating worse as well. I wonder if it has nothing to do with the moon.... not an excuse. just a possible reason?

@kshama2001, her current weight is 145 and her goal weight is 126.
OP, you're doing it again. You're not listening.
While I don't think from what you listed that you're genuinely consuming 800 calories (what you said added up to quite a bit more), you are undereating.
Under eating leads to binging, especially when you're tired. Or bored. Or anxious.
You get the picture.
You're making excuses.
If you want to lose weight, you have to stop making these excuses. Listen to the advice you were given in your original thread.5 -

Where are you in your menstrual cycle? My appetite goes up at ovulation and premenstrually. At ovulation, I exercise more, and at menstruation I eat at maintenance for a few days.0 -

Foods like that don't fill me up and so I keep eating and eating and eating. In order to lose weight, I work on eating more protein in relationship to carbs during the day and do allow myself a small dessert after dinner.0 -
I've been craving sweet things badly the last couple of days which I very rarely do, and then realised I'm due on my period in a couple of days. I've had to make sure there's nothing unhealthily sweet in the house as I know what I'd do, I'd gobble down everything in sight.0

You meant to say 'can't' in your OP but said 'ant' instead.
In general your posts are full of things like this, which make them hard to read. Do consider taking the time to proof read1 -

When I know I have a meal like this coming up I eat less earlier in the day and exercise more. Too late for you to do that today, but think about that strategy for the future.
Also, since you have only 21 pounds to lose, change your weight loss goals to a half a pound per week which will give you a sensible amount of calories and make it less likely for you to dive off the wagon.0 -

"ant" in Yorkshire means "haven't" so when OP said "ant stopped eating" that means "haven't stopped eating"3 -
