I haven't seen meanness myself. I don't doubt that it happens, but there's so much happening in the forums that I can't keep up with all of it. This also means it's pretty easy to miss a lot. So, maybe it's there, but I've found a large community of people who are helping each other out as much as possible. And thanks to the help from this community, I've dropped nearly 20lbs.
In other words, I'm pretty happy so far
