I marinated the salmon in carribean jerk sauce and grilled it. Added some diced cucumber, carrot sticks, craisins, mango chunks on a bed of arugula with white balsamic vinegarette! Simply scrumptious jtml7sj4d41c.jpeg

    This looks good. I never realized how good craisins were on salads until fairly recently. They add such a nice, tangy sweetness.
