In a pan I add a tiny little Pinch of coconut oil, half of an onion one dice garlic, ground turkey Half of a green paper tiny dice add salt-and-pepper and if you want you can add a little bit of taco seasoning, once you have that put in the oven A regular corn tortilla, let them about 15 minutes and let them dry for a little bit, they are made crunchy, it's better do it that way because it's only 45 colories per tortilla and if you get the regular tostada each one have about 90 to 120 cal, I know sounds like a lot of work but it's not so bad and I just do it once and save my meat and my tostadas to another day, well once you have the toastada put the meet ad a bunch of lettuce tomato and onions add a half a spoon of plain Greek yougurt or sour cream and if you want a sprinkle with a little bit cotija chesse and salsa so bumps the autentic Mexican flavor and enjoy2
