Starting out on my weight loss journey! Have used mfp in the past and it WORKED!
Am back now trying to loose the little bit of baby weight I have left. Luckily I gave birth 12 days ago and only have 5lb left to get to my pre-pregnancy weight (but want to loose some extra pounds I wasn't happy with beforehand)
I am 27 from the UK and taking it slow and steady as I love my food and everything I know I shouldn't eat a lot of like chocolate and sweets and cheese!! My diary is open if any of my new friends can give me pointers and it would be helpful if my friends to have open diaries as well to give me some meal ideas!!
