Need protein-rich snacks ideas, but can't have nuts!!

I am just starting this journey, and my dietitian recommended snacking between meals to help me reduce portions. My go-to snacks so far have been:

Triple zero Greek yogurt
Cheese stick and carrots or an apple
Low-fat cottage cheese

I'm looking for some different ideas. My problem is I cannot eat peanuts or tree nuts.

    It is difficult. I can only manage a very small amount of peanuts or tree nuts or milk.

    So ... I use yogurt, those cracker and cheese packets, cracker and tuna packets, cottage cheese, and I include a tin of chicken in most of my lunches. The only time I don't are when I'm having something with lentils.

    Roasted seaweed, dry shredded squid , tofu , most of this items you can find at a local Asian food store. Very tasty

    Can you have seeds? Sunflower seeds have a lot of protein.

    You can cut up a chicken sausage or soy hot dogs into bite-sized pieces and bake until brown. These travel well, are high in protein and satisfying. Many are around 150 calories each or less!

    Edamame; you can get frozen and cook in microwave, there are also roasted snack versions available that are good (there's a spicy one with wasabi that I like). If you google "tofu snacks" there are a lot of recipes out there for things you can do with tofu, like these:

    I've done the beef good quality hot dogs but find them to high in sodium. In fact I have had to drop all processed lunch meat because of high sodium

    seitan
    sunflower seed butter is a god alternative to peanut butter
    soy products (yoghurts & milks, tofu)

    brussels sprouts
    broccoli
    spinach
    kale

    cocoa powder ;)

    of course if you eat anything, you can have meat, dairy, eggs, cheese, protein bars, protein shakes and anything else.

    I like mixing chocolate whey with coffee flavored Greek yogurt to make a mocha pudding. Jerky, of curse, has been mentioned.

    Any kind of cheese/cottage cheese/Greek yogurt.

    Nuts are not a good source of protein anyway.
