Im 86lb i want to gain weight goal is 115. Perf for my height. But i want to gain it in a healthy way while gaining muscle as well. Any recommendations such as workouts. I dont want to loose weight when i workout just want to feel and look in shape

    Strength training is the workout you should focus on. You can still do cardio if you enjoy it, but it also means you have to eat more to make up for the calorie burn.

    StrongCurves and NROL4W tend to be some of the favorites. They has greater focus on lower body.

    Eat in a slight caloric surplus, lift weights on a progressive program and you'll see results.

    If you start losing weight, don't panic, just increase your calories slightly until the weight loss stops.

    I have just started workouts as well.mainly using weights. I am taking a protein shake called Serious Mass also to increase on my calories since it's SO hard to even catch up on my daily calories. I just started like 2weeks ago and hope to see results. It does help with calories though since it has about 1250.
