Hi y'all Im Steph, My goal is to look fabulous by my wedding which is in *gasp* 46 days! I have a goal to lose about 7 pounds and I need all the motivation I can get!! Im going to stick to my workout routine this time and push myself to follow a low cal diet.

Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for meals/ exercise/ support?

    Congrats! What kind of exercise are you planning on doing?
  • My Fiance and I go to the YMCA about 5 times a week.

    I start out doing the crossramp (super eliptical) for 30 mins, then do weight lifting with abs, arms, legs, butt, etc.
    I am also planning to start up Insanity again, b/c it really improved my endurance last time.
