I was curious what maintence calories women my height eat and have successfully and steadily maintained. I will be 115 soon and I want to maintain in the month of December then go back to losing weight.

    I'm 5'4" and maintain at 2000. It takes time to figure it out. Everyone will be different. Keep good records, in and out.

    I'm 5'2. How much I eat totally depends on how much energy I burn through, but I tend to eat 1700+ each day to maintain 108-114lbs.

    By energy you burn through do you mean work out or do you use a Fitbit to determine your activity?

    45yo, 5'2.5",128lbs, sedentary maintenance is about 1400 cals. I can earn 100 exercise cals per mile I walk at 3mph.

    I rarely if ever manually log in workouts. I use my Fitbit to record my workouts and then let it auto-track all of my my other activities. I see what Fitbit calculates to be my calorie goal for the day, and I eat a little more or a little less depending on hunger levels.

    Im 5'2 and usually skip around from 114-116. On days that I don't workout I eat around 1300 and on gym days I try to eat 1600.

    I'm 5ft and 112lbs maintaining on 1340 calories but some days I eat up to 1600. I weighed in yesterday and am still bang on my goal weight after 5 months.

    It will truly vary from one person to another.. for example a person of your height, but different age, different day to day activities (type of job, etc) and throw in exercise demands on top of that.

    You can take your months of data, calories consumed to lose weight, rate of loss, exercise calorie burns, and actual weight loss results to come up with your "true TDEE".. You can run your stats through a TDEE calculator to get an estimated number, but your weight loss data will give you your true number..

    I'm 4'10", 53 yo and hypothyroid. I maintain right around 110 at 1600-1650 total calories per day. Activity is mostly walking and normal life (house work, etc.).

    4 ft 11 inches. Maintenance @ 22.8 BMI
    Daily calories 1600 to 1800
