I'm getting bored of fruit and salad.
Looking for other healthy, low calorie lunch ideas :)

I eat brown rice, chicken, and steamed veggies for most of my lunches.

For some variety, I change out the brown rice for some sort of pasta.

And once in a while I have a La Zuppa soup with noodles and veggies.

Occasionally I'll have a chicken and cucumber on whole grain sandwich.

Quiche, left dinners - casseroles, stews, soups, sandwiches, yoghurt or cottage cheese with your fruit as well as nuts.

What do you put with your salad? Swap things around - always have chicken? have an egg or cheese salad for instance.

Low carb wraps with grilled chicken, let, onion, tomato, cucumber and feta with a drizzle of a Greek vinaigrette. Ground turkey chili, apples dipped in vanilla yogurt with some pecans...

Sounds good. I normally have chicken or turkey salad. I don't like cheese

I think today is going to be calamari and roasted asparagus.

Often it's tuna steaks or some other fish, turkey cutlets, chicken breast, maybe even steak or pork chops with some roasted vegetables and often mushrooms and some fruit for desert.

Recently, I had salmon burgers on portobello "buns". I also do the same with chicken breast. This weekend I made soft tacos from 99% lean turkey. Sometimes, it is stir fry with some type of seafood (dinner tonight will be octopus) with egg whites, brown rice and quinoa, and some garlic, soy sauce, and hot mustard.

Tuna wraps. I really like the pouches. They come in all sorts of flavors these days. It's also good on salads.
