I hate it! Just got TOM today and I have binged all week! The week before, I feel so hungry all the time, also the bloating doesn't help.... my legs turn in to tree trunks, my stomach looks like I'm pregnant again and my face goes all puffy. When this happens it put me off everything. At the end off the day, I have to tell myself it's just the TOM and it will all go away in a few days, also drinking lots of water during my TOM helps curb the times when I feel I need to eat the entire contents of my kitchen!
One positive I can think of is, weighing just before your TOM and then after.... you will have water weight at the begging so causes a +lbs on the scales....but if you are good and do your best to stick to your diet during this time, when weight after the -lbs is alot more than normal....I know it's sort of cheating as the water weight can't be helped, but the loss sure looks great on those scales :D

Since our bodies do more work, I'd always increase my calories by 100 daily; once I began noticing symptoms!

I don't weigh myself during. Even if I stuck to the diet, I'd gain. Chips and Chinese food are bae during TOM.
