You should make your diary public. Get yourself some accountability0

Set yourself up for success by bringing snacks and food with you to work if you can. Sometimes logging the whole day the night before can help you stay on track. If you know where you might go in the morning, look up the calorie information so you know what your options are. Honestly, I've had a huge struggle with overeating and binge eating in the past and this website has helped me a lot. It's all about just staying with it and realizing that every day that you're not under calories isn't a complete failure. Look at your successes! You're already here and asking for help!0

Just take today as your cheat day and jump back on the wagon first thing tomorrow! An early morning jog can help. Good luck!0

each morning I plan my meals and snacks ahead of time. I don't always stick to it but it gives me an idea of where I am at and what I am going to eat. I carry protein bars with me for a snack and take my lunch. It seems to help me a lot. Good luck!0

that's okay. I just ate half a bag of crackers and I wasn't even hungry. I'm not going to condemn myself for it. I'll just try better from this moment and you should to. Every minute you get another chance to make a better choice.0

get up early and do some exercise! I go to work at 6 but i am up at 345 to exercise.

You need to put today behind you and start fresh tomorrow. Don't bring all the worry about today into tomorrow, that will set you up for a second bad day.0

One slip up, no biggie! You are just starting off, just get back on track tomorrow. whatever your plans are in the morning, get up a half hour before you normally would have. Go for a walk, a job, if you have a treadmill at home, hop on that, or pop an exercise video in. You can make up for it! But dont beat yourself up, we all slip up!0

You've gotten some great advice. Pre-plan your diary, carry healthy snacks if you can, start over tomorrow..don't let one day mess up everything. We live and learn ;-)0

Agreed. And I agree with the other responses: make your diary public for accountability, try to get exercise in (I like when I can get exercise in the beginning of my day because it makes me not want to screw up later and defeat the purpose), and planning meals ahead so you have a guide.
Good luck! We're all here if you need us!
REMEMBER: One bad day won't ruin you unless you let it!0 -

Im still new lol what do you mean make my diary public??0

Just click the setting button that is located next to "log out". You will get a list of several options. About mid-way down the list is diary options. Click that. Toward the bottom of the screen it has a section where you can make your diary pubic or to share with friends. click on the option you want and then remember to click the save changes tab at the bottom of the screen.0
