Looking for 30 day shred buddies

Hi everyone! I recently joined and hope to make things right this time.

A little background first. I am a 25 yr old female, 175cm and ~95 kilograms. I dont even know my exact weight because I have been avoiding weighing for a few years.. I have always told myself and everyone around me the inner beauty matters thing, you know? Inner beauty does indeed matter but recently I am having trouble catching my breath, I get REALLY tired when I take a few steps and also, it (finally) occured to me that I WANT TO LOOK GOOD TOO.

I have been into sports ever since I was a child but I had to take a break when I had my shoulder tendon ruptured during one of my close combat trainings. That was 3 years ago and for 3 years, I kept gaining and gaining weight. The more I gained, the harder it became to start something off. It was no help that I had never been the slim, petite type my entire life. I have always been like female version of Hulk I guess.

So here I am, too broke to hit the gym. Planning to crawl around my tiny living room.

I am planning to focus on a 30 day 30 minutes exercise: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I could really use a hand to pick each other up when we feel like quitting.

Who's with me? :))

How do you evaluate your progression, especially your very first 30 days? Does it provide visible results? Does it get any easier because on my first day today I could complete it around 35 minutes :disappointed: can't catch my breath...

Im so excited to be re-joining on this app! Im in the health & wellness business and fell off my exercise regimen this last month due to my son having a surfing accident. I'm also looking for support & an accountability partner/s. I will be releasing the 8 lbs I gained!

It does. Some of it is diet, too, but don't compare yourself to others and move at your own pace. Like anything push yourself a little harder. Starting out it was tough for sure. I do each level for about a week each and, it did get easier over time. By the second time I completed all three levels the first two levels were fairly easy for me to get through. Right now I mostly cycle in the level three into my cross training because it's harder and I still struggle a bit with it.
