Hi everyone! I recently joined and hope to make things right this time.
A little background first. I am a 25 yr old female, 175cm and ~95 kilograms. I dont even know my exact weight because I have been avoiding weighing for a few years.. I have always told myself and everyone around me the inner beauty matters thing, you know? Inner beauty does indeed matter but recently I am having trouble catching my breath, I get REALLY tired when I take a few steps and also, it (finally) occured to me that I WANT TO LOOK GOOD TOO.
I have been into sports ever since I was a child but I had to take a break when I had my shoulder tendon ruptured during one of my close combat trainings. That was 3 years ago and for 3 years, I kept gaining and gaining weight. The more I gained, the harder it became to start something off. It was no help that I had never been the slim, petite type my entire life. I have always been like female version of Hulk I guess.
So here I am, too broke to hit the gym. Planning to crawl around my tiny living room.
I am planning to focus on a 30 day 30 minutes exercise: Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I could really use a hand to pick each other up when we feel like quitting.

How do you evaluate your progression, especially your very first 30 days? Does it provide visible results? Does it get any easier because on my first day today I could complete it around 35 minutes can't catch my breath...0 -
I found it! I am not sure what added means I thought it was just a thread?0

It does. Some of it is diet, too, but don't compare yourself to others and move at your own pace. Like anything push yourself a little harder. Starting out it was tough for sure. I do each level for about a week each and, it did get easier over time. By the second time I completed all three levels the first two levels were fairly easy for me to get through. Right now I mostly cycle in the level three into my cross training because it's harder and I still struggle a bit with it.0
