A lot of it comes when I am at work, I sit at a computer all day. I can literally eat lunch, be full but want to eat. For that reason I do not keep food at my desk.0

I have this same issue at work!!0

Eat meals and only at meals. Not really a trick, though, but you don't need tricks.0

This is where MFP has been most helpful for me.0 -
I'm the same. I eat unsalted sunflower seeds ALL DAY LONG to keep my mouth from being bored. I figure if I'm going to be eating something it might as well be tiny and time consuming. I do factor the extra calories in.0

I'm just getting back to using this site/app. I figured tracking what I eat again will hopefully keep me more mindful of my mindless eating habits. I don't know how far back you will be able to see my food diary posts..0

Take a 2 minute break every 20 minutes to stretch, get a drink of water, or walk around the office. Listen to entertaining podcasts if you're allowed to.0

I just wanted to look at the protein and fiber content of the few of your lunches. Would you please swap out Sugar for Fiber? http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
Also, when you are around your bacon bits bottle, please verify the protein. 9 g seems high but the McCormick website has no number for protein, which doesn't seem right either. http://www.mccormick.com/spices-and-flavors/other/bacn-pieces-bacon-flavored-bits0 -
I will check the bottle, I didn't scan it so I went off of what popped up in the food guide. I have made the other change you asked me to.0

Probably cause they're not bacon...bacon-flavoured bits0 -
I was looking back to find a food diary from when I was steadily on here, if you look back to Feb 21 you will be able to see a more accurate depiction of my eating habits.0

also the end of July has some entries.0

I do something to keep my hands occupied. Answer surveys, email friends, look at Buzzfeed and Tumblr, play games. If I'm home, I clean, workout, color, play games, etc.0
