i just found this blog that has a bunch of links to different workout videos for free online!
thought id share, you guys might find it helpful- especially if you dont belong to a gym and its SO hot out!

    Great, thanks so much for posting! I am bummed bc I used to have Verizon, which had all kinds of workouts on demand, and now that I have Optimum, they don't offer the Fit Channel and I can't find any. This is great!

    Be carefull with that site. I click on a link just a minute ago and my internet security popped up and closed the page down.

    idk which site you meant, but the initial site with the links is just a webblog on tumblr.com (a site for blogging) . totally safe...
