Hi, I'm Chae & I need some help!
I'm not new to this food tracking thing, or lifestyle change or weight loss. I am however new to commitment to this. I've got about 60lbs to lose and I haven't set a time limit...yet. I really just want to feel better about myself and be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
I am looking for people to help keep me motivated and call me on my *kitten*. I HATE cardio but I'll still do it....

Try hiit cardio then- only 20 or 30 minutes and you're done for the day! Check out the YouTube channel fitnessblender for some good hiit cardio routines. Or go run sprint intervals. Or play basketball or tennis with a friend... cardio doesn't have to be boring.
But remember to do some strength training too- that helps preserve muscle (and get plenty of protein) which will mean you lose mostly fat instead of muscle.
I'm in the same place- my commitment is super strong this time! Partly because I've been through some major s#!* recently with my health and want to get to a healthy weight to avoid what future health issues that I can.
Also I finally figured out how to do this correctly! I've been trying for years but followed the wrong advice, so lack of success wasn't for lack of trying but simply the wrong methods.
Feels so good to finally be getting results!!
Good luck, you've got a few things right already- lifestyle change, no time limit, and willing to do what it takes!1 -

I appreciate your help SO much!!!! I will definitely subscribe to that page. I am hoping that I gave found something that is going to really work for me too! I'm so tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin. Not that losing weight will completely fix that, but it's a start0 -
