Low calorie, sugar free, Chocolate dessert

Janet's Chocolate Delight
3/4 cups finely ground pecans (use food processor)
3/4 cups all purpose flour
3 tablespoons melted butter

Mix and pat into 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake 18-20 minutes and allow to cool completely

8 oz low fat cream cheese
1 cup Cool-Whip Free

Beat on medium speed until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

1 small package sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small package sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold low fat milk.

Mix well. Spreat over cream cheese layer.
Top with Cool-Whip

This is a favorite at my house. Most people want seconds!

(For a change, substitute 2 small boxes sugar free instant pudding mix for the chocolate and vanilla.

    Mmmm... I've had the "real" version of this and it is SO good. I'm debating about sugar free just because I don't like the aspartame aftertaste... but if you like SF pudding I am sure it would be great!

    I've made it with sugar free pudding for a few years now and I don't like sugar free stuff either because of the after taste but I don't notice it in this dessert. But then again, I can eat it with just low fat cool whip and not really taste it either. It is one of the few sugar free things I can stand. We're actually making this dessert for a party at work on Fri.
