Thanks for everyones reply with my 1st question, on what DVD/ weight recommendations
Now for my 2nd and last question regarding this:
This may sound stupid:embarassed: , but I don't have any knowlegde in this yet.
When I go buy the kettlebells, do I need to get 2 of each, or one (5lbs-8lbs-10lbs-15lbs) will do?
I have no clue what work-outs I can do with this yet, so this is why I am asking, I youtube a fiew video and it seams to be one, am I wrong?
thanks for the reply:flowerforyou:
