What do you mean by best???...like sources? Your best pure sources of protein are going to be lean cuts of meat, poultry, or fish

Leucine is kind of being touted lately as the key to protein/muscle synthesis- so if that's the goal, sciencey stuff says leucine content is important- and whey tends to have a decent level per serving as does fish and eggs.

Pretty much this. Whey has the highest concentration of this, followed by meat sources and then plant sources.

Pshah, my BCAAs would like a word with you...though it could get expensive trying to make whole meals out of that. :-o

Also, shrimp and fish (primarily tuna and swai) are pretty much my go to currently. A little crab thrown in there to keep it interesting. Those sources make chicken breast look like ground beef with their leanness.
