Any Vermonters over 50 or close to it looking for support buddies? I am finding trying to do this alone is quite difficult! Plus trying to lose weight after 50 seems twice as hard..any takers?

    I'm not a VTer and not quite 50 yet. But I'm close! From NH and mid 40s. Brand new to this community (first post!) but I've used MFP off and on before.
