Getting back on track! :)

Hey everyone! I'm new to MFP and looking for a community to keep me on track. Gained 60-70 lbs during college after always being a small, athletic (comeptitive swimming, rugby, basketball, baseball) teenager and now I'm a post-grad trying to lose those lbs.

I would love someone to share healthy recipes with, as well as motivate each other and be friends.

My goal is to get down to 130-140 lbs, but more than anything, to feel confident and happy again.

Feel free to add me :)

You should feel confident with your self, you are a beautiful girl inside and out. Work hard and stay focused. I'm down 65 pounds and am loving the new me, you will get there.

Take one day at a time, don't under nourish yourself and budget for things you enjoy. If you mess up one day, don't get angry at yourself just do better the next day. End goal is to be happy and healthy, not skinny and miserable. If you are hungry for something, eat it and track it. Mistakes will happen, just move on and don't give up.

Hi there! My name is Nicole. I'm in the same boat. I've had this account for a few years but didn't get too serious about it until now that I'm post-grad. Not trying to be flawless, just trying to feel better in my own skin. I got about 20 lbs to lose (at least) and wouldn't mind being friends!
