I am currently a senior in college. The past year and a half I have been struggling with serious depression and anxiety. Before I even realized it, I had put on over 50 pounds! This really shook up my world because I have always been small, fit, and healthy. Any tips for a poor, busy college student would be greatly appreciated!!

Welcome! Take a deep breath and remember that just as your schooling is there to help you grow as a person, your health supports that journey.
Work on lowering your stress and anxiety by looking at how far you've come since you started college and how much of a change the transition to college was. You've nearly finished something tremendously difficult - getting back to healthy is just another challenge to embrace!0 -
