I am fairly new to this MFP site and loving it already! The key to losing weight is keeping yourself accountable! I think of it like my checking account...how much is that peice of pizza going to cost me and is it worth it?? I have to spend these calories wisely and get the biggest bang for my buck! Just because you don't log the food didn't mean you didn't eat it - the scales will never lie - so this helps me stay honest and true to myself!
I have 2.5 months before my first ever cruise celebrating SO much - 25yrs of marriage, my 43rd birthday and hopefully having lost 60lbs...I said I would NEVER take a cruise so I will be able to check this off the fear factor list!

Keep the great ideas coming!!

You will have a great time on your cruise! The most relaxing and pampered vacation that you can have! We have been on 5 and going again in March and taking 6 teenage girls and my mother-in-law :), any questions let me know.
