New to the weight loss experience and looking for support!

Hello!
I am just starting to really get into losing some weight. I don't have much to lose... just under 10lbs left. I lost 15 over the past year or so and I'd like to scrape off that last muffin top and belly pouch. I don't really have much time to exercise so I'm trying to clean up my diet. I know that on my own I tend to eat too much, so I'm also looking for support to help me keep on track.
