I was only a little chubbier before, about 25lbs approx. But I think the biggest difference shows in my face. My jaw, while never round, still looks more defined and I am most happy with the loss of my chipmunk cheeks

Dec 2011 around 260 lbs
March 2013 around 210 lbs
July 2016 around 125 lbs39 -
Weight from 260 lb to 220lb's. 40 pounds lost in 5 months. Height is 6ft3.
Deadlifts up to 350lb, 260lb bench, and 300 squats, hoping to destroy the 1k by the new years Getting stronger while shedding fat is certainly possible.25 -

-32 lbs, 5'5". Another ~100 to go. Congrats to everyone!! But I realize for some people just starting out, seeing people who have dropped a large amount of weight can make it seem impossible. I try to look at what I'm doing in multiples of ten - my next goal is -40lbs! If I constantly considered the fact that I have 100 lbs to lose, I'd be ready to give up. Small progress is still progress ☺️33 -
-16 lbs from mid august. Time to put on 20-30 lbs lean mass!17 -

Looking cute as hell, LAC73167, hope I look that good when I'm your age (i.e. soon) and if I was a woman (which I'm not).3

Awesome transformations everyone!! Congrats. I'm usually self conscious about posting pictures, but here it goes. I've lost +60 pounds since April 2015. Didn't take before pictures atvthat time. Wish I did. In these pictures I started at 167lbs and am now 135.

I haven't actually lost much weight between these pictures. Maybe 6-7kgs. But I have lost a lot of fat.

The difference in how that dress fits is amazing! I would have guessed you're down closer to 50 lbs!5 -

Hit my second 5% goal yesterday and realized I had none of those front and side before and after selfies.
