Starting a new Journey on weight loss and diet

Good evening everyone I'm starting a new journey and I'm not going to stop I've put my mind to this that it's going to happen with no excuses, I'm tired of being fat and always feeling down on how I currently look. I'm wanting to do this before something serious happens to my health and I'm also wanting to get my weight and bmi in a healthy range again. Type two diabetic. Correct or don't be around for the grandkids. I have 48+ hours of sticking to the food plan.
