egg and salmon quiches
Beat 3 eggs with some double cream.
Add some canned salmon chopped onion salt and pepper.
Spoon into muffin pans then place a chunk of avocado on top of each one.
Bake for about 20 mins till golden.
Makes about 10 quiches.
Serve with black pepper mayo.
Enjoy
