This site is awesome. Not just the people and the support, but the wonderful tools like the food tracker and exercise tracker. I am impressed. My tip of the week is to log your food into the tracker before you eat it and always refer to your tracker for allotted calories left for the day. I log in probably 10 times a day to log food and exercise. It keeps me on track!0

logging in EVERY THING you eat is a real eye opener---and never throw away a label until you know if it's in the data bank---you may also find Sparksrecipes useful--you can calculate the nutritional values of home made food there and then transfer it to you meal log!
