I got dinged for going under 1000kcal/day! Who knew? I actually like this because I used to work in Eating Disorders and lets just say this: We are attracted to what we know. I need a little moderating.

    Happened to me the other day. I only had time to eat one meal that day and it was pretty low cal so I got the message

    Yeah there's a reason for that. Not only is eating under your calories a slippery slope to an eatung disorder, it's also actually unhealthy and even counterproductive to weight loss.

    Eat too few calories, and instead of utilizing fat stores your body will start breaking down your muscle & other tissues- even organs!

    A caloric deficit is necessary for weight loss- but try not to go below your BMR or you're doing more harm than good.

    going under by 1000 is definitely a problem! how many calories are you eating in a day??

    Some days I'm just not hungry. But knowing I used to have an eating disorder, when I'm under I eat a treat (or as someone else mentioned, drink one).
