Hello I'm Mina. I've been so up and down in trying to live a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. I keep making so many excuses for myself but enough is enough and I need to hold myself responsible and stay true to myself and be committed to my word so that's what I'm here to do

Commitment is easier to keep if you have a specific plan. What you eat that day, when you exercise, what exercise you choose to do, and trying to keep workout times specific in duration.
Lots of people wing it and eventually fade because of boredom or inconsistency.
So be consistent and MAKE TIME to assess your daily progress.

Exercise and eating clean dosent have to be boring. do activitys you enjoy as you more likely to stick to it and couple it with a really good diet !1
