New here. Developed a brain tumor that caused me to gain 100 pounds in 12 months. I'm 3 months post-op from surgery to remove the tumor and have been cleared to exercise. I'm starting with walking and light cardio. I am on a quest to regain my healthy by losing weight and increasing muscle and endurance. I'm happy to be here in such a supportive environment and look forward to gaining inspiration and giving and receiving support.
