Hey everyone, new to this site but it looks like one of those things that would definitely work because of a "faqcebook" like community. My best friend, who introduces me to the site has shown great change so far and she says taht all the people on here are a great motivation. cannot wait to begin showing results!!! and hope to make some friends along the way.
