Kettlebell Love

Hi. I just wanted to share. I am in love with doing my kettlebell exercises!!! There's an app called "KettleBell 360" on the App Store and it's free. I would suggest starting with a 5lb-10lb kettle and just do the beginner level for the shortest time-10minutes. I'm currently using my 15lb kettlebell. Once you find it easier, you can add more minutes and more weight and work your way up to advanced. Seriously the greatest thing ever. There always 10 minutes somewhere in your day and this gives you a cardio and strength workout.

Thanks for this tip, I'm going to go check the app out now. I have a 7-lb kettlebell and I was trying to do some fitnessblender videos, but I swear it takes me time to find one on my youtube app on the firestick and and just get a little frustrated.1
