Working on getting out of the *binge, restrict, fast* cycle.

Trying to eat healthy meals throughout the day instead of binging on junk at any time.

I'm 5'6, about 130 right now and my UGW is 115ish.

I'm done with pro-ana communities. I need people who support healthy eating, not people who condemn me for eating.

Anyway, it's great to finally open up about my eating habits. So add me as a friend -- I love to chit-chat. : )

    Just a thought, I'm 5'6 and my ideal weight according to mfp is 130-155 :) I'd look sick at 115. Just be careful and eat rite,no need to lose in my opinion. So just eat healthy and drink your water :)

    You're right! It's not really about the numbers. If I tone up and look awesome at 120... or even if I gain 10 pounds of muscle and stay right where I am, that's cool with me!

    I want to and need to learn how to eat healthy for myself and my family I really don't know where to start. I am 5'5" and 140 lbs. I have just had my 4th baby 4 months ago. According to mfp......my weight is ok. I just need to and want to tone and eat right.
