Hi guys I'm needing a fresh start was thinking of following weight watchers plan using the ultimate food value dairy or do I stay here. Lost my motivation. Any thoughts

    I would say what ever helps you eat correctly... I like MFP ,, and it's free ... I think some times people try to make too many changes in there life at the same time ,,, I just focus on eating my calorie goal and that's it ,,, no added anything . It simpler for me that way
