Working hard

Hey guys I am new, it's been pretty hard for me to lose weight most of my life. A couple of weeks ago I discovered that I would need to work out super hard and often to continue to lose weight. If anyone has any suggestions or advice it would be greatly appreciated. I changed my dietary habits as well to help. But staying to my decision is probably the hardest thing.
Thanks!
Skye.

How closely are you tracking your calorie intake? If you tighten up on that, you might be able to cut back a bit on exercise.
This chart has some good suggestions:

It's all about consistency. Probably the most important thing to change would be dietary habits. Try to keep really close track of your sugar intake, I replaced soda with just drinking water and green tea and quickly saw that my stomach was already going down. And as convenient as it may be ordering take out and fast food is pretty much a no no. Not saying you cant enjoy a good burger every now and again but it can't become a habit. I was forced to learn how to cook healthy for myself and now that I'm eating cleaner I've noticed that I don't often feel as bloated as I used to.
Also with working out you have to pace yourself. If you can only workout for 15 minutes before you're dead tired than that's fine, just maximize those 15 minutes. eventually as you keep working out and losing weight your body will have more energy and that 15 minutes will turn into 30, 45 etc. Just gotta take it one day at a time.1 -
If you utilize the myfitness pal as a calculator and carefully and honestly track what you are eating, things should begin to happen as you progress. Remember that you didn't put the weight on overnight so don't expect to lose it overnight. Set a realistic goal that is achievable. I want to lose 25 pounds but that sounds daunting so I will lose 5 pounds 5 times. That, in my mind is attainable. Mightiness pal gives you a daily calorie intake to meet your goals. All you have to do is enter your food intake and exercise and you should be on your way. When you are trying to lose weight, you don't have to work out so hard. There is a maximum pulse rate for endurance and hard training and there is also a target rate for weight loss. They are significantly different. Have patience, do your best to stick to the program and allow time for things to happen. Good luck and I know you will succeed.1
