Resources for mobility/flexibility training

Anyone have a good program for mobility/flexibility training? I'm trying to improve this area to try and cut down on injuries.

Just generally speaking, it's very likely that you will need a certain amount of mobility to perform a given movement, but gaining additional mobility beyond that isn't likely to be productive for that specific task.

So just for example if someone has enough Mobility to squat to a reasonable depth, gaining additional mobility will not help.

I would also approach Mobility with some sense of specificity .

Having said that, limber 11 by Joe DeFranco has a variety of mobility drills

Thanks I'll check it out. As far as specificity I'm looking at shoulder and hip mobility mainly because those have been my problem areas injury wise. Also I'd like to be more flexible all around.
