I'm new to Myfitnesspal

Hi! I'm Noelle and I'm new to myfitnesspal. I discovered the site last week so I haven't made much progress yet. I'm finding it a challenge to keep to my goal calorie count unless I exercise. Hanging in there :smile:

    Keep with it, I exercise everyday just for that reason, if I dont I have a bad day. get lots of friends on here they really help along the way.

    Welcome! I have to log my food the day before so I don't go over. Give it a try.

    Welcome!! I plan my food in advance for the day so I know what I can eat.

    I find that if I log my food and exercise the day before, I have to stick with it. You may want to try that. Welcome to the site. Please feel free to add me if you wish..... Better yet, I will add you.

    Welcome to MFP, like I've told so many people, getting used to exercise and fitness routines is easy, but changing your eating habits is the hardest part (I’m still struggling with this part), but once you get used to your new healthy habits is all downhill.
