Intermittent Fasting and Leangains

Hi all,

Looked at my feed and realized I could use some MFP buddies.

My goal is to lose weight while retaining muscle mass. I am about 8 weeks in to leangains and I am pleased with the progress thus far. I'm averaging about 1.4 lbs/week of weight loss while strength has increased in just about every major lift (Deadlift, bench, squat, press, chins).

Hoping to get some buddies to maintain motivation high.

    Nice steady fat loss going on there.
    Hard work in the gym and a consistent
    Diet is always the best way to do it long term

    Definitely. Took me years to figure out this is the best approach.
