11 days into my New Journey and Down 6 pounds

I started my new journey Oct 12th and I'm proud to say that I'm down 6 pounds and I decided to give up soda's and so far I'm day number 2 of no soda huge success for me if this stays I'd do 5-6 cans of diet soda a day and now I'm drinking Calorie and Sugar Free Sparkling water instead and starting to feel a difference. I've been going back to the gym and really feeling good about myself again as I'm seeing changes and etc. Please feel free to add me as a friend and we can support each other.
