New: Hit a weight loss plateau!

Hey! I started a lifestyle change on June 5, 2016 that has allowed me to drop 54 pounds to date. However, I find myself up and down the last 5 lbs that I lost and inable to beat this plateau
Im a very busy mom and music teacher
Suggestions please. I need to lose another 104 pounds to reach my goal weight! :) Thanks in advance!
