My body pre kids vs. now

Before is on the right (about 4 years ago)
Now is on the left, after having my 2 girls who are now 2 and 3

I'm happy that I've got back to around the same weight but it's soooo hard to get any tone back. I just don't have the motivation to go to the gym everyday. And don't get me started on my diet....skipping breakfast and eating the kids leftovers etc!!!!!

Anyone else in the same boat??

    Great work! Looks good. Do you lift weights? That helped me with muscle retention and general body recomp.

    I used to alot. My partner is very into bodybuilding and I often did the same workouts as him, just lighter. I've pretty much got to this point without any gym time at all

    Lift heavy things and put them back down if you aren't happy with your composition. I am pregnant currently with number 6 and this helped me immensely with keeping in shape.

    I like working out every day (usually 3x/day) at home, but for me it's all about finding workouts that are fun and make me feel good...I love any kind of combat workout, kicking and punching makes me feel totally badass all day!!! Also, love yoga and pilates, things that are stretching and relaxing...and lifting, though I have to watch the carpal tunnel with the weights...

    I'm in the same boat. I'm finally down to pre-kid weight, but my clothes do not fit the same. I have a pooch still and my ribcage seems wider. My kids are 8 and twins are 5.

    It's hard to be at home.. The kids snacks and food is so tempting.

    Yeah my belly will never be the same. But I am going to follow the example of all the awesome ladies who lift. They tend to have good results.
