Bad week plus some!

Hi all. I had been doing fairly well until about 9 days ago. I binged, binged, ate too much in general, and averaged about 3000 call a day. Now I am up 4.5 pounds. I started each day good, but ended each day horribly. Today's a new day.....i plan to stay on track all day!

Any advice?

    What's done is done. Learn from it and keep taking one step at a time. Change what you can, log everything, learn from it.

    Last week was last week and this week is this week. Everything in moderation. You can still eat the foods you enjoy but not everyday and all day. I meal plan on Friday night for the upcoming week so I can grocery shop on Saturday and then meal prep. That way most of the week is done and either in the frig/freezer when I need it.

    Some of the 4.5 lbs is water, don't worry about it, just move on. I try to make as many food decisions as I can at the beginning of the day when willpower is strongest. I prelog what I am going to eat and stick to that plan. As many decisions as you can make at the beginning of the day the better as research tells us willpower is like a muscle and gets depleted as you make ANY decision. That's why the end of the day is hard.
